Eligibility Criteria
- Delivering remote support (working from home) and escalating IT issues when necessary
- Utilise investigative lines of questioning to perform effective and informative fault finding and troubleshooting activities
- Investigating remote monitoring alerts to provide proactive responses
- Diagnosing and resolving hardware and software related technical issues
- Diagnosing and resolving performance related technical issues
- Installation of software to desktops and laptops
- Become involved with the implementation of the system, shadowing the installation team and become familiar with the configuration and set-up of the system
- Be familiar with the development life cycle, taking new use cases through development, testing and into a production release
