Eaton Corporation is Hiring for Engineer Aerospace Conveyance - Mechanical

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering with 4+ years or ME/ M.Tech in Mechanical or related engineering area with 1+ years of engineering/product design experience in the relevant domain
• Proficiency in one or more CAD tools; Preferably CATIA and experience with PLM tool
• Hard-working ability and desire for excellence in executing projects
• Strong and effective communication skills
• Root Cause Analysis
• Prior experience with aerospace Conveyance systems, System integration, Hose and Tube assemblies, End fittings, Couplings & Swivels etc.

Desired:

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• Awareness of DFSS tools like FMEA.FMECA, Monte Carlo Analysis etc.

• Performing Project Engineer role capturing customer’s voice, Understanding and Executing milestones, participating in technical and project Reviews, Communication and On job development, and learning
• Performs engineering assignments, involving product design, testing, and compliance to specifications, process studies, or research investigations using appropriate tools and techniques
• Executes proto-type build, performance testing, and teardown of proto-type samples to evaluate product performance against customer requirements for concept-level ideas as well as detailed design before product launch
• Utilizes DFSS concepts/tools such as PDSC, P-Diagram, DFMEA, Risk Management & DVPR for new product development &/or existing product improvements
• Sustains process for design standards and procedures governing product design methods, documents, and data control for the associated business group
• Drives PRO-Launch execution for NPI programs with work package approvals, engineering management plan, and attaining all engineering deliverables per activity matrix
• Utilizes understanding of manufacturing processes to improve new and existing designs & acts as a technical resource for internal/external customers and resolves technical challengesMaintains credible communication practice with stakeholders on technical clarifications, testing & resolving of field failures
