Job Description
- Hands on experience of Hydraulic, Pneumatic, maintenance of machines.
- He will be working in general shift, will be responsible for smooth operation of plant and machineries.
- Experience of hydraulic and mechanical maintenance
- Experience of working with Co2 welding, spot welding Robots and SPMs.
- Expertise in Mechanical maintenance of CNC bending machines, Pneumatic presses'.
- Experience about maintenance of crew compressors, DG Set, fire engine, cranes etc.
- Basic knowledge about electricals.
- Ability to work in hot, cold, dirty conditions as needed.
- Approach to zero breakdown.
- Compile operational records, such repair and maintenance statistics, test results.
- Find out root cause and implement counter measures.
- Monitor utility equipment's and utility areas.
- Monitor tool and spare parts inventories and the condition.
- Maintain & maintenance of shop to ensure adequate working conditions.
- Implement continues improvement projects, energy conservation projects.
- Manage and review performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Lead, develop and support team.
- Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatic.
- Experience in MIG, TIG welding machines is preferred.
- Should physically and mentally strong enough to work under pressure.
