Job Description
- We are looking for a stellar Embedded Hardware Testing Engineer to join our Battery RnD team. The responsibilities would include testing for our in-house developed Battery Management System and Telematics Unit.
- Eagerness to get your hands dirty, to design, test, and iterate quickly is critical.
- The ideal candidate would not look at responsibility boundaries or scope of work but push relentlessly to ensure a quality product, on-time. A sense of pride and ownership in the product is a must.
- Good understanding of analog, digital and mixed-signal circuit
- Have fundamental knowledge of electronic component design
- Basic understanding of power semiconductor devices (MOSFETs, IGBTs, Diodes) characteristics
- Ability to understand schematics, lead the board bring-up activities, and consolidate the test results
- Hands-on experience in soldering SMD components
- Experience in handling common lab equipment such as signal oscilloscopes, power supply, multimeters, spectrum analyzers
- Understanding of critical parameters of IC and Semi-conductor datasheets
- Hands-on experience in testing electronic PCB boards and in troubleshooting of boards
