Job Description
- Assist JC branches in creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and local requirements.
- Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
- Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope.
- Reviews deliverables prepared by team before passing to client.
- Effectively applies company methodology and enforces project standards.
- Prepares for engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures.
- Minimizes branch representatives’ exposure and risk on project.
- Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Tracks and reports team hours and expenses on a weekly basis.
- Instrumentation concepts. Electrical concepts. Knowledge of IFW and Metasys System. Knowledge of basic engineering activities like, review of P&ID’s and process datasheets. Knowledge of FAS & Security engineering/ design of control for FAS & Security systems. Knowledge of floor plan layouts Knowledge of Battery calculations, Voltage drop, Power calculations Knowledge of NFPA-72 & BS 51389 standards Cable sizing Analytical and conflict management skills Leadership ability
- Must have excellent written, oral and presentation skills. Proactive approach to problem solving.
- A team player & an initiator. Organized. Ability to deliver under pressure.
