Job Description
- Need highly motivated and technical person which is from HVAC Background & understand the Design Quality, Lab operations, CAPA and DFSS, LIMS, ISO 17025 System.
- Should be B.E. Mechanical from Good Educational institute. Six sigma will be added advantage.
- Understanding of Refrigeration and Air Conditioner Cycle
- Capable to prepare test plan of RAC , PAC Fixed speed and Inverter unit and monitor
- Capable to operate and manage the Labs.
- Capable to Troubleshoot the Lab , Manage shifts and manpower , Able to work in shifts.
- Knowledge about Test Standards and compliances of various countries and regions like ANZ, MEA, NA and other standards.
- Knowledge about RAC product performance testing like cycle balancing.
- Knowledge about Performance & Reliability testing of RAC /PAC product and system parameters.
- Test Reports preparation including all standard requirements.
- Capable to analyses the RAC product failure, its rectification and corrective actions.
- Basic knowledge about product certification for various countries.
- Knowledge about NABL and its process for the labs.
- Knowledge about ISO 9001
