Job Description
- Identify probable sustainable supplier in Market.
- Evaluation of supplier based on Competitiveness in cost, Quality & delivery.
- Initiation of NDA (Non-Disclosure document) with probable vendor.
- Floating RFQ to probable supplier with required techno-commercial details.
- Study and evaluate costing inline with Target cost from Project Team
- To check Compliance of Material with legal regulation.
- Techno-commercial comparison of Various supplier offer
- Purchase order creation against approved costing document.
- Procurement Tracking updation and closure of open topics
- Ensuring GRN and Invoice booking in System.
- Resolution of Supplier Payment topics.
