Job Description
- Candidates must have a production support background with below technical skill sets.
- UNIX basic scripting / Commands
- Any scheduling tool knowledge (Good if knows CTM/Composer/$U)
- Can write SQL queries
- Must have Production support background (Understand Prod support process, Problem solving, analytical, debugging skills)
- GCP/AWS/AZURE or any cloud knowledge
- ABI working knowledge (can work on issue fixing & code enhancement)
- Python scripting
- UNIX Shell scripting
- Candidates must be willing to work in any weekdays or weekend shifts (morning, day & night) based on requirement and it will be on a rotational basis.
- Candidates must be flexible enough to learn any tools/technology if he/she is unaware of & start supporting that application/process.
- If a candidate gets selected, then he/she will get an opportunity to support both On-premises & Cloud (GCP) based applications & processes.
- Candidates must be a good learner and get knowledge of an existing system quickly and start supporting.
- Candidates will get an opportunity to work on continuous improvement or automation to get rid of manual tasks/processes.
