Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Paint technology/Chemical engineering/Mechanical
- Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in the Automation industry
- Proficiency in Key MS Office programs is a must
- Highly motivated team player with a collaborative, learning & solutions-oriented approach, and strong communication skills
- Willing and flexible to travel
Job Description
- Managing and monitoring project during whole execution period until getting FAC
- Achieving paint process parameters on surfaces like DFT, gloss, color values etc
- Robot application programming, industrial robot/spraying robot debugging (gluing, flaming, blowing, wiping, film thickness detection)
- Vision system measuring and maintaining, and be able to complete a new model introduction robot simulation independently
- Working on underbody coating and spray applications
- Supporting in Paint Process parameters achievement
- Hands-on Experience in robot disassembly and maintenance activities
