Job Description
- Experience on designing on Apron Feeders, Conveyors and/or associated mechanical equipment (Feeders as preferred key main technical domain),
- Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Mineral Processing, Mining, or Mechanical Engineering, or related (or equivalent training/experience).
- Solid computer skills. Must be extremely proficient in Autocad, Inventor, SAP PDM, Word, and Excel. Proficiency in PowerPoint and Project preferred.
- Excellent communication and effective interpersonal skills are required as job incumbent will have frequent interactions with both internal and external customers and suppliers.
- Must be capable of effectively and accurately working on several projects at one time.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds, including climbing up and down multiple flights by way of stairs or ladders when working in the field.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Experience on 3D CAD system (Inventor – preferred, Solidworks, NX, Catia, etc.)
- Experience on 2D AutoCAD
- MS Office proficiency (specially Excel)
