- B. E or B. Tech in Instrumentation/ Robotics with minimum 2 Years of Experience on Handling Design and Deployment of Robotics and Automation Installations in Consumer Goods Supply chain.
- Experience Required:
- 5 years of work experience in automation & engineering
Job Description
- To conduct in-detailed application study with Factory team to understand their automation needs to execute the right automation solution using Robotics and Automation.
- Experience in Working with Automation OEMs like ABB, Fanuc, Omron, Rockwell, Siemens, SICK etc,
- To take complete ownership of the project and keep the track of the application project blueprint, responsible for efficient project management.
- Provide technical support to HUL Factories across South Asia on R&A Key Themes.
- Knowledge & Hands on experience on Robotics Safety products, Conveyors, Grippers, HMI, PLC, SERVO, Vision, and Robot selection.
- Knowledge & Hands on industrial Networking and Communication like DeviceNet, Modbus, Profi-bus, Profi-Net and EtherCAT.
- Experience on Vendor Management, BOM preparation, Installation and Commissioning at Site and Troubleshooting.
- Must know Basic Problem Solving Techniques like Fish Bone Diagram, Why Why Analysis and other Objective Analytical Tools.
- Ability to prepare & present complex technical data in insightful, succinct & professional manner using tools like MS-Excel, MS-power Point and Power-BI.
- Strong interpersonal communication and ability interface between factory team and Vendors/suppliers ensure the proper requirements are understand and being met.
- Experience of working with Agile methodologies with diverse teams.
- Willing to travel across HUL and Associated Contract Manufacturing Sites
