- Nature of role: Full time

- Preferred geography of previous work experience: India / Europe / APAC / US
- Language requirements: Ability to write and speak fluently in English
- Application experience: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React JS, GraphQL, Python, C++, MSSQL, PosgreSQL, NoSQL, Hadoop, Arrow Flight.
- Drive the day-to-day execution of projects delivering high quality outcomes within committed timelines.
- Design and build solutions that exceed internal and external customer expectations.
- Research and adopt cutting edge technologies by identifying use cases for enhancing product capabilities and performance and enhance customer experience.
- Automate product testing within framework established by product organization.
- Review commits from other developers ensuring adherence of coding standards and styling guide.
- Collaborate with larger teams and software architects.
- Adhere to coding standards and protocols mandated by product organization.
- Follow devops standards and protocols mandated by product organization.
- Staying informed of latest technology advancements
- Adherence to project delivery timelines
- Quality of delivery – number of functionalities delivered; number of bugs in functionalities delivered.
- Internal and external customer feedback on developed functionalities
- Design and leadership in product innovation – number of solutions designed; number of solution developments led.
- Adherence to the firm’s standards for processes and quality
- Effective communication with project stakeholders
- Feedback from counselor and other team members
- Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid works in India
- Period of engagement: Full time
- Probation period: 6 months
- Compensation: Compensation varies depending on the skill, fitment and role played by the person. Compensation discussions will take place post the selection process.
- Performance incentives: Typically, all roles at Acies have a performance incentive. Specific aspects will be discussed during the compensation discussion
- Leave: 22 working days a year. Additional leaves for national holidays, sick leaves, maternity and paternity, bereavement and studies vary based on the city and country of engagement.

- Demonstrate proficiency in use of python-based web application development framework and code optimization techniques and libraries.
- Demonstrate proficiency in use of front-end technologies like Javascript / ReactJS / GraphQL
